- gusestrella 4y agoOr 70-80% cant leave (ex. New mortgage, sickness, etc ) and delaying exit as they start to look at other opportunities elsewhere.
- spfzero 4y agoOr they don't like their chances in the sea of unemployed tech workers after all of the other layoffs at Amazon, Facebook, etc.
