We haven’t concluded yet exactly how many other roles will be impacted (...) but each leader will communicate to their respective teams when we have the details nailed down. So there will be layoffs but he won't give more details right now? I find the decision to announce it like this a bit strange. Can anyone with more experience shed some light on this - why say anything at all at a time when you can't give specifics yet?
