The biggest issue for me would be remote work. I think the job would be interesting, and have neat technical challenges that would be fun to reason about. The inability to work remotely wouldn't necessarily be a deal killer for me, but I would definitely have to be "convinced". Also, practically speaking, if working remotely wasn't an option, the cost of relocation would be enormous - it would have to be worth it to relocate my whole family to an area that I don't particularly want to move to.
