- jahsome 4y agoIn my experience, especially in a business context, it's flat out laziness and an inability to recognize others process information differently. Most importantly, people who are perpetually "busy" seem to lack the awareness that one must contextualize their message, and don't bother to take the time. The result is low effort and rushed.
