It's simply curious as the piece of code has ended up in multiple versions of stock imagery all over the web. Clearly the "artist" picked a random repo, generated a number of images based partly on it, and those seem to have been remixed for use in various places. One issue suggests it's in an image offered by PowerPoint now! Edit: see the issues list for numerous places the code has been used
