- dotBen 4y agoThere are. Always ask for counsel to use NVCA docs. It's expensive because partner time for this kind of transaction is $1200-2000/hr and their juniors will be a fair %age of that rate too.
- gumby 4y agoYou shouldn't need a partner for this kind of deal. In fact, startups should never have to pay for partner time and I never have at a company with less than about $50MM in revenue (even with firms like Gunder, Cooley, Wilmer, MoFo etc).
