- bialpio 4y agoI think the part that I don't understand is how you can say that you understand it but then follow up with something that seems like a lack of understanding. : ) Yes, we know it doesn't make sense to be stressed about it, and yet we still are stressed. Saying that we shouldn't be is not constructive IMO.
- rjh29 4y agoMeh. That's kind of the whole point of CBT after all. It might not seem helpful but if you practice it enough it can help. And I say that as someone with plenty of social anxiety!
