Good point. And that also probably creates fear/resentment among the remaining employees. I guess Elon is a weird combination of being very good at the "visionary" aspects of leadership (inspiring people with "Occupy Mars") and being very bad at the "managing" aspects (creating psychological safety & high morale for employees). This leadership style doesn't work unless your employees believe in your vision.
