I love the concept of Amor Fati. It serves to remind me to stop comparing my existence to others or ones that I have imagined. Love your fate because the only thing you truly own in life is your experience. It's unique in the truest possible sense. If you practice amor fati it might make you uncomfortable to say it to yourself when experiencing bad things, this is until you realise that there is no good without bad and visa versa. At best the bad experiencing is amplifying the next high. At worst it is a price that you are paying to have and relive beautiful memories.
