nheko and mtxclient isn’t too archaic, last time i checked ?

  They seem all-over naked pointers. I even find naked "new" expressions in Quaternion. Anyway mtxclient looks different from the others. It wasn't listed among clients (neochat, nheko, quaternion) on the Wikipedia page.

    it's the underlying library for nheko, fwiw.

      That is encouraging. The dodgy code I see in Nheko itself must, then, be mostly UI stuff, probably coded the way dictated by Qt.
