But also, people voluntarily quitting is even better for Amazon.. no severance.
- rxhernandez 4y agoWhy should anyone care about a PIP quota? Someone getting laid off or even fired in times like this wouldn't remotely make me think negatively of them.
- Inconel 4y agoI would always prefer to be laid off vs fired since the latter means it's unlikely I could return to the company in the future.
