Well as the article says there are actually laws against this. Maybe your "uh so?" is inappropriate, it definitely is victim blaming.

- bell-cot 4y agoI suspect that there are also laws against Russian soldiers planting land mines in Ukraine. If a literate, legal adult in Ukraine walked through a clearly marked Russian minefield - because they had a legal right to do so, and the Russians were morally in the wrong - how would you regard that behavior?
