My web page for my "Free Hero Mesh" software project is purely HTML, no CSS and no JavaScripts. (The Fossil repository uses CSS, but I made a separate web page which does not have CSS. Because, I think that it is much better) I do not specify fonts, colours, etc; those must be specified by the end user's preferences instead. I do not add excessive pictures/decorations/etc.
