I think the solution is rather feeding the cows with specific nutrition(i.e seaweed) + powering the whole supply chain with green energy.
People won't give up on meat.It's just too tasty.

- randomdata 4y agoAnd giving up on meat wouldn't solve the nitrous oxide problem, which is mostly created in the process of growing plants for food. If you are going to let perfect be the enemy of good you're going to end up hungry.
