This thread really describes the issues with all drug use. Drugs (licit or illicit) affect people differently. So instead of focusing on bespoke medications we try to ban them all if a small percentage of people have addictive natures or negative side effects. How about we agree that drugs can be beneficial and harmful, but keep them legal for the large percentage of people it actually helps.
