I probably have ADHD or something similar, and have coped for nearly 30 years of my life with that. Let me just say, f*ck going through it all without help. The moment I get an official diagnosis, I’m getting on meds. I don’t know what the side effects are, but I struggle to imagine that they are worse than barely being able to function as an adult IT professional.
