It's possible to run the entire Kubuntu system with `apt` and/or local `deb` packages only - I uninstalled `snapd` a long time ago.
- timbit42 4y agoRight, but if you remove snapd, you then have to find somewhere else to get those packages. With Linux Mint, all the packages are in the default repo.
