It is painful for me to see this effete hand waving be taken as seriously this. A trivially simply thought experiment is all that is needed to grasp the obvious futility of this strategy. I'm not saying, "Go ahead and work on SOPA." But if we really want to stop it (or any act of Congress), we must do better than such passive-aggressive smoke blowing.
