Sure, but if someone has a decent emergency fund saved up + the 3 months severance that should get them through long enough to find work on the other side.
- Spivak 4y agoAnd if you’re a professional and don’t have an emergency fund that is somewhere between six months to two years of expenses then downsize your life until you do. Your emergency fund is fuck you money and the bulk of your leverage when getting out of a bad work situation.
