One Sunday I got a call from a help desk guy involving an application I had worked on. This was the first call I had ever gotten about this app. I am pretty sure I was last on the contact list PM calls me 10 minutes later and says we need to discuss my level of commitment, Says I have been shirking my duty and letting everyone else handle support. All I could say is that it was the first call I had ever gotten, maybe bump me up on the call list. He didn't know there was a call list they followed in sequence, still I should have been doing more. I made sure this guy never PMed me again.
