Business value for exact now and to how much it could improved in 2 working days if first is zero.
Imagine, you (co)owner of business, planning make sells on black Friday, sure you are not interested on coverage/traceability/etc, you need to proceed client requests, the more share of success, better, but anyway, 10% better than 0%, even if 0% code have 50% coverage and 10% code have 0% coverage.
- simne 4y agoThen remember Henry Ford: "build product to satisfy 80% of customers. 10% will change mind and 10% will pay additional money for customization". With knowing of Pareto principle, this mean, first step in development should satisfy 20% TYPES of most frequent requests, which are usually 80% of all requests by quantity. Second step should been discussed with marketing, to invest into real things, not into ephemeral numbers.
