We already know that Tesla and SpaceX employees are working like mules to implement Musk's ideas. SpaceX engineers were living like farm animals on some island, building and testing rockets, but you know what? I bet it was fun. Building electric cars, making space travel cooler and cheaper - these are interesting ideas that get engineers amped. They get paid well to do what they love, even though the boss is a blowhard attention vacuum cleaner. I don't know if anyone is that boosted to work at a social media company, and not the coolest one either.
