I'm in the web3 space for one year now, after working in "web2" for over 10 years. My impression of it is that people that didn't ride the rollercoaster of the dot-com era see it as their chance to get something similar. Everything is a bit more chaotic and you get better payment than in similar "web2" jobs.

What do you see it as? Are you just in it for the money? If I am a software developer hating software development who would like more money, do you know how I can learn web3 development with the goal of getting a job?
