- theCrowing 4y agoI hope they will get access to the same stimbar like the one for high performer at tesla and SpaceX... Jokes aside the only time you should work "hardcore" is for yourself. If you are in the position to say your goals or dreams and the ones of your company are 100% aligned go for it otherwise take the 3 months. It's never worth it.
- jleyank 4y agoOver the decades I have found that fatigue always wins in the end. And the code that results is harder to maintain. So, I’d take the severance and move on particularly if you have a life outside of work.
