I like to build him/her up. Be their friend and prop them up and "help" them whenever possible. Help propel them into even 1-2 promotions in a year or so. Then

I like to build him/her up. Be their friend and prop them up and "help" them whenever possible. Help propel them into even 1-2 promotions in a year or so. Then stop helping, completely. And let nature take it's course, or help if necessary. It's nature's way. :-)
