Lived abroad for a while in a country I didn’t speak the language in at first. Felt so much better when I didn’t get the normal “Ad” dose day to day just from casually watching TV. (Very anecdotal)
- andyferris 4y agoYes I had this too! Also at first e.g. people having loud conversations in public or on the train and not having a clue what they are saying meant they were much less distracting.
