I wouldn’t think this would go anywhere, it seems like their primary argument is about time, when who cares about how much time he spends there of the stock is going up, but I wonder if they’ll make an argument about the state of the economy and should he still get his bonus for since now It’s below the figure (and if it keeps going down) But I assume it depends mostly on how the contract was written.
