Don't take this deal.
Quite frankly government have such a bad history of fucking over landlords that anything that doesn't involve a multi-billion dollar bond being posted outside of the country as security against future changes in law might as well be ignored and fought against.

- fakedang 4y agoVouchers are not the solution to the housing crisis. It's empty homes and refurbished Airbnbs. And in some cities, NIMBYism and shit zoning.
