I don't read them (except my industry news) because something like 99 out of 100 those news has no direct impact on my life and because of that are basically irrelevant And majority of them are sad / annoying / drama-driven and only affect my mood Reading news for me has no value. If there's something really important then I will know about it anyway - e.g war, covid, etc.
