It's simply mandatory sixty-day/ninety-day notice (as opposed to PayPal's voluntary 30-day notice in places without this mandatory period).

- zinekeller 4y agoStandard non-negotiable contracts (where you can only accept or reject) are required by consumer protection laws in those countries to have an effectivity period of at least 60 or 90 days (depending on the specific country) from the publication and notification date.
