I have been a foreigner for a while now, so it would be against my own interests to wish for such things. In some EU countries you have a termination period of 2 weeks during probation. Maybe that's a compromise? It's not the best, but it has to be good for everyone (foreigners and not) otherwise it risks to create the opposite: companies not hiring foreigners without visa anymore.
