Is this some kind of joke? Companies crave users whether active or not. They spend a lot of money trying to acquire new users, in fact one of their subsidiary sends me emails offering $10 to come back. In that environment how is PayPal charging an inactivity fee? Just boggles my mind. Even more so because it costs them nothing.
