I might be misunderstanding, but how would stock awards work if the company is now private?
- bottlepalm 4y agoPrivate companies still are 'valuated' by external third parties regularly and hold 'liquidity events' where private investors buy a combination of stock from employees and from the company itself. Usually once or twice a year.
