Is there a way to counter-flag?
People who are passionate about discussing some topic may get heated but I don't think that's a good reason for a Reddit-style "thread locked by mods".
- generalizations 4y agoYou can 'vouch' for the thread (or a comment), but only after it's been marked as flagged. Personally I think that's unbalanced, since flags accumulate for a longer and more visible period than when a thread can be vouched for.
