  The t submissions calls him a CEO coach. So I assume one of those life coach, success consulting people that regularly advertise on Youtube? Or on LinkedIn, in case he has a high enough profile?

    That's a pretty huge claim to make without any sort of evidence. Bill Campbell had an enormous impact on the Valley and a stellar reputation as a coach.

    The difference between Mochary and Campbell is stark. Campbell did not receive compensation for his coaching. He used to say "I don't take money, options, or bullshit." There was a reason for that. Campbell knew that if he took CEOs' money, he enter the circle jerk of people telling each other what they wanted to hear. Mochary is part of that circle jerk, unfortunately. He is passing on received and second-hand wisdom, supposed lessons that he didn't learn the hard way, and may not be true at all. He is well known in Sequoia circles, and you might say he's their in-house coach. But Sequoia, well, they also backed FTX ...
