Which one does HN fall under? And I think more importantly: what does dang and YC do in terms of moderation, enforce/display rules, shadow ban, down vote / unpin, etc. that keeps the rule going? I can imagine people WANTing a certain community rule and saying they're of that kind, but through their actions it's something else.
