I want to hear specifically who you are! I think that builds a connection between me and your product, its origins, and philosophy. Some restaurants do this pretty well, from small around-the-corner Italian places, to even places like Five Guys where they use their underdog story as a way to build connection. Of course they're not an underdog anymore though.
