I’m an old fart, but I don’t take calls from random, unknown numbers, or answer random texts or emails. Politely tell people at my door to go away unless they’re here on my business. Don’t do social media for the most part (HN being an exception). Thought everybody acted this way. Sux to be a pollster when nobody talks to them. But it’s nicer than lying to them as that might backfire in some strange way. I’m sure my non participation skews the results but so it goes.
