I assume that people want to hear about our story and why we decided to build "just-another-PM-tool", rather than who I am, since it's boring and makes no difference unless I'm a well-known founder.
- yawnxyz 4y agoI want to hear specifically who you are! I think that builds a connection between me and your product, its origins, and philosophy. Some restaurants do this pretty well, from small around-the-corner Italian places, to even places like Five Guys where they use their underdog story as a way to build connection. Of course they're not an underdog anymore though.
- cloudking 4y agoIt makes a difference in establishing trust with your potential customers, you're asking people to connect their Google account and give you money. Who are you? What is your background? Are you VC backed or bootstrapped? I know nothing about your company, why should I give you money? Please don't take this the wrong way, your product looks great! Just helping you with some constructive feedback.
