Most (all?) reservoirs should be freshwater, given that Atlantropa was never constructed. It's an interesting question for counterexamples. Afaik, inland salt lakes tend to be below sea level, and I don't think there are too many (any?) ocean->inlet hydro projects. Presumably you'd do wave generation there instead.
