Kinda nice to hear I wasn’t the only one with such an experience with Flexport. Indeed, I also found it surprising that it wasn’t as automated as they hype it to be. Felt mostly like a glorified CRM, which I guess in the shipping industry of pen & paper is seen as a massive improvement.
