- tonypham 4y agoI can guarantee that there's no upsell whatsoever. Yeah, some users will use a lot of storage, and we'll end up losing money on them, but not all users - I guess.
- pcurve 4y agoI mean, I think it's perfectly fine to charge recurring fee for saas products. Unlike desktop based app, you are providing value to your client by making it cloud based.
