Farmland pricing out farmers (private equity and developers buying it up)
- chiefalchemist 4y agoGiven what's happened with Russia and Ukraine, when does farmland become a national security issue? That said, developers creating housing (i.e., more supply should help prices) is of less concern than private equity gaining more control of more "public" assets.
