- t-3 4y agoYes, the NDAA as well as the 2016 "Countering Foreign Propaganda and Disinformation Act". Google can inform you better than I can.
- yucky 4y agoIt used to be nominally illegal to propagandize Americans, the Smith-Mundt Act (as part of that NDAA) made it legal. Many people like to blame Obama for that, but the stripping away of Americans rights is a bipartisan effort.
