I'm from the UK and thought the more 'luxury' honey you get in supermarkets was as good as it gets... nope that's basically just purified syrup. Real honey has so many more flavours to it, and it varies depending on the type of flowers they feed on and the time of year. Find some local beekeepers and try their honey.
