yeah, but it isn't real, merely a concept, and I suspect that those wings are going to seriously interfere with stability. Also, it's worth noting that boats don't have good life-spans. Cruise ships of comparable size have rather short ones before they're dumped on a beach and carved up by wreckers, and require constant and extensive maintenance whilst in service. I fail to see what problem this actually helps solve.
