An absurd article to say the least. Start with the United States was not founded as a “democracy”. It was a republic. The idea that there’s too much individualism is ridiculous. There isn’t enough individualism. Everyone wants to be part of one collective or another, virtue signaling support for a vast panoply of ludicrous causes. It doesn’t end well. The ultimate arbiters of the collective is the government. Communism is the result and the US is well on the way.
