W00w00 Interview with Mindw0rk (2003)
- aeontech 4y agoAside from the subject of the interview, it's very funny to notice all the small phrasings that mark this interview as a (possibly machine) translation from Russian.

- 1letterunixname 4y agoI can't tell if that's Matt in the black shirt front-center or not w/ their eyes closed. Maybe he's standing on a chair or something in another row.
- aliqot 4y agoI always enjoyed reading about w00w00 in the net space, in the sense that it's fun to read about the PayPal mafia in the financial sense.
- 1letterunixname 4y agoIt's a funny coincidence: I referenced peeps from this group at work last week. The issue is back then was: association / propinquity was bounded by physical locality because it was effectively pre-internet. The closest you could back get then was happening to attend some place like Caltech, MIT, or Stanford. Sure, you could've stumbled upon some usenet groups or BBSes, but geographically-diffuse interest groups pre-web were unlikely.
