Yep - definitely not a good take, just piling on with the sensible responses to this. We cannot subvert justice on something of this magnitude, and this isn’t how the system should work for reasons articulated by others here.
- hunglee2 4y agono one is arguing for subversion of justice. Holmes needs to be punished and made an example of as a deterrent to others. Can there be a way of doing this without egregiously damaging the life of the child, which 15 year imprisonment of the mother surely would? Lets think about it, what could we come up with?
