My opinion is that engineering problems are easier to solve than social problems. Even easier when you have billons to throw at them. Much of what Musk has gotten himself into with Twitter are in the realm of social problems. For all his positive qualities, he strikes me as having low emotional intelligence. We’ll see what happens.
